Botanical Data
Plant Notes: Terrestrial herb to 1.5 m tall. Stems succulent and erect. Calyx orange. Corolla orange and hypocyrtoid. Calyx surrounds immature fruit (appearing accrescent), then opens and becomes truncate (flat) when fruit is mature. Inflorescence erect.
